Noelle Lewis – President

Noelle Lewis began her career in 1996, working for Interlink Telecommunications while still in college at Windsor University for Business. Her father, Gord MacKenzie, was one of the founding partners of the company.

Noelle worked holidays and summers installing wire for computers, telephones and paging in St. Chris, St. Anne’s and St. Francois Xavier schools. She soon progressed to handling the complex rewiring of the entire Bayer (now Lanxess) project. Once she graduated college, Noelle joined Interlink Telecommunications full time, assisting Gilles Mathieu, one of the original founding partners, with quoting, sales, scheduling and billing.

In 2006, after several ownership changes, Noelle and her husband, Chris Lewis, were able to purchase Interlink Telecommunications. Noelle currently serves as its president.

She attributes the company’s success to their reliability. “Our customers know Interlink Communications does superior work and is available 24/7 to assist with any of their cabling needs,” she explains.

Noelle greatly values the relationships the company has established with its suppliers. Those vendor partnerships ensure Interlink Telecommunications gets the best quality products, earliest access to new technology and top industry guarantees on all supplies such as the 25-year warranty on all Corning fiber optics it installs. Additionally, the company’s technicians get manufacturer-provided training, ensuring they’re always up to date on the latest products and techniques.

Interlink Telecommunications is active in the Sarnia business community and has been nominated for Outstanding Small Business by the Sarnia Chamber of Commerce. The company was recognized for servicing the area’s large oil refineries as well as many of its smaller and newer businesses.

“Today’s businesses need a technology partner that can guide them in building and maintaining their data, phone and video systems,” Noelle explains. “They can’t afford costly mistakes. They want customized solutions that deliver a solid return on investment and position them for the future. That’s where Interlink Telecommunications provides real value.”
